On UPVC windows you can have standard openings and tilt & turn and these come with internal mechanisms to operate multipoint locking systems for additional security.
On occasion, the multi-point locking mechanisms fail and the window fails in the locked or open position. These can be replaced simply and cost-effectively.

- Window hinges can fail too due to age or misuse and again, these can be changed very easily too.
- Window handles can break due to age or by forcing the handle by attempting to lock the window.
- Window handles come as a cockspur locking and non- locking forms and modern window handles come in many different finishes with locks.
Misaligned windows can often be difficult to open and close without either pulling hard on the handle or forcing the handle down to lock the window shut, both can cause failure to the mechanism and or window handle.
If a window is misaligned, you could crack the glass by forcing the window, we can replace broken or misted up windows.
